1. Who we are

2. What we collect
We collect the details you submit through our enquiry form: your name, company or organisation, email address, phone number, country or region, the product or solution you are interested in, your message, and your consent to us using these details to reply.
When you send an enquiry we also record, automatically: the date and time, the page you submitted from, your browser's user-agent string, the country your request came from, and a one-way encrypted fingerprint of your IP address. We do not store your IP address itself, and the fingerprint cannot be turned back into one. It exists only to limit automated abuse of the form.
If website analytics is enabled, we also collect basic, anonymised data about how the website is used.
3. How we use it
We use your details to respond to your enquiry, to provide information you ask for, and to improve our website. Each enquiry is given a reference number, and our team may add internal notes and a status to it while handling your request. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use your details for marketing unless you ask us to.
4. Legal basis and consent
We collect and use personal data with your consent, and in line with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA). You give consent when you tick the consent box and send an enquiry.
5. Sharing
We share personal data only with the service providers that help us run this website and handle enquiries. They are bound by confidentiality obligations and may use the data only to provide their service to us:
- Cloudflare, Inc. — hosts the enquiry database and the spam protection on our form.
- Vercel Inc. — hosts this website.
- Resend (Plus Five Five, Inc.) — delivers the internal notification that tells our team an enquiry has arrived.
We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it for advertising.
6. International transfers
Your data may be processed outside Singapore. When it is, we require the recipient to protect it to a standard comparable to the PDPA.
7. Retention
We keep enquiry records for as long as we may need them to respond to you, to maintain a record of our dealings with you, and to meet our legal obligations. Enquiries are not deleted automatically after a fixed period; they are kept until we decide they are no longer needed, or until you ask us to delete them.
You can ask us to delete your enquiry at any time by emailing enquires@hilmilsolutions.com. Quoting your reference number (for example HM-2026-00042) helps us find it quickly, but it is not essential. We will confirm once it has been done, unless we are required by law to keep the record.
8. Your rights
You can ask to see or correct the personal data we hold about you, or withdraw your consent, by emailing enquires@hilmilsolutions.com.
9. Cookies
This website uses only essential cookies. Our enquiry form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a submission comes from a person rather than an automated script. It may store a small amount of data in your browser for that security check. It does not track you across websites and is not used for advertising.
If analytics is enabled in future, a notice will be shown before any analytics cookies are set. Background videos are hosted on our own site and do not use third-party players or cookies.

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page.
