Our core drive train pairs a permanent magnet synchronous motor with a field-oriented control (FOC) controller. FOC controls torque and magnetic flux independently, giving smooth, quiet, efficient torque from standstill to top speed, and strong regenerative braking.

Axial flux motor

A flat, pancake-shaped motor with very high torque density and power-to-weight. It is short along the shaft, which makes it ideal for hub drives, compact bikes and performance cars where space and weight matter most.

Radial flux motor

The proven cylindrical design, robust, cost-effective and easy to integrate, suited to three-wheelers, passenger cars and marine drives.

Switched reluctance drives.

A switched reluctance motor (SRM) has no magnets and no rare-earth materials. That makes it rugged, tolerant of high temperature and high speed, and insulated from magnet supply risks. Our controllers manage the torque ripple and noise that SRMs are known for, making them a strong choice for cost-sensitive and harsh-duty vehicles.

Belt-driven gear drive train

Simple, quiet, low-maintenance power transfer for light vehicles, with no oil bath and easy service.

Two-speed electro-mechanical gear train

A low gear for launch, climbing and heavy loads, and a high gear for efficient cruising. It keeps the motor in its most efficient band, extending range and top speed without oversizing the motor.
